Refund and Returns Policy

At Men Wigs Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period from the date your item is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received an incorrect product, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue and arrange a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly listed on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement item once your return has been processed.

Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
